Where a particular program requires additional information, appropriate notice is provided at the point of collection. Identity documents submitted by volunteer applicants are treated as sensitive information: access is limited to personnel involved in reviewing the relevant application, and these documents are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for screening, safeguarding, and record-keeping purposes before secure deletion.

Future Bridge does not intend to publicly disclose personal information simply because it has been provided to us. Future Bridge does not sell personal information.
